Love the simplicity and the message about the market environment. What helps me is to ask who is winning right now? Is it the reversal traders or the trend traders or the breakout traders? We often see repeating patterns. More often than not it is the range or reversal trades that repeat day after day, but sometimes we get repeated breakout days or repeated trend days. Again I just ask who has been winning lately? That often gives me a slight edge. Find a few slight edges and combine them along with great risk management and you have a recipe for success
