Found you 2 weeks ago and your class is my new nightly routine,master another week or two what one of your classes do you recommend, I really needed the stretching exercises. I am 68 and rather active, I do the sport of curling

I enjoyed this routine I will try doing this one daily. I have degenerative disc disease osteoporosis, bulging discs. I went to physical therapy for about eight weeks but since I’ve gotten out it’s hard to keep it up so I will be tuning in often. Appreciate what you’re doing. God bless.

Being 72yrs and having those stiff muscles you have done an excellent job in motiving me back into improving how I feel and working on those stiff muscles. As I get better I am planning on doing your other videos. I love how you always add modifications too. Thank you so much! 👍🙂

ОтветитьJust what I need after many months of abandoning exercises for the "too busy' excuse; I notice my body clamps up & pain sets in; neck, hips, back & knees. I have scoliosis of my lower & thoracic spine with degenerative arthritis & spondylitis for good measure! I realise I have to keep moving, there's no other solution! Thank you for these exercises, they're perfect for my age.

ОтветитьI love your videos for improved health. We are going to introduce them to my Social Club at our local Anglican church. We are all over 60!! I am now retired but used to work for as an Associate Director of Nursing at Monash Health (Melbourne, Australia) for the Aged Care Services.
I also like your background picture which reminds me of the palm trees and white pearly shells and sand! I am originally from the Kingdom of Tonga in the South Pacific!! You are an inspiration.

ОтветитьI loved your class. Thank you for your time. I am recovering from a broken hip. Could you please do a class on, chair, weight resistance moves for strengthening the muscles in the thigh. It also helps build bone. I would so appreciate it. I’m just not back to normal yet and I so want my normal walk back. Thank you, Cheryl

ОтветитьIt was simply wonderful working with you and restarting with you after a break because of other commitments. And I have noticed that I shouldn’t be thinking of stopping. I felt the aches and pains setting in even though the break was for about 10 days. Hoping never to stop but attend to exercising which should be my first priority. Thanks a lot for your exercises because you think of making every part have it’s move and stretches at the same time. Thanks a lot!
