KIRI WEHERA ,KATHARAGAMA | කතරගම කිරිවෙහෙර | DuSa Crew

It is an ancient stupa situated in Kataragama, 800 meters north of the famous Ruhunu Maha Kataragama Devalaya.Kiriwehera was built in the third century BC by King Mahasena.It is one of the most famous Buddhist pilgrimage sites in the country and among the Solosmasthana.This stupa is 95 feet high and has a circumference of 280 feet.
