Well this was a great documentary about the war but where was all the gold hunting?

The graphics, animation and archival footage are great!!! Where do you get it all from? What editing software do you use???

The United States Army discovered a large cache of Nazi gold, art, and other valuables in 1945 in the Kaiseroder salt mine in Merkers, Germany: 

 







Gold

8,000 bars of gold, 55 boxes of gold bullion, and hundreds of bales of foreign currency 

 



Art

Art masterpieces, including Im Wintergarten by Edouard Manet and a series of engravings by Albrecht Durer 

 





Other valuables

Dental fillings, wedding rings, and personal effects from death camp inmates 

 



Total value

Worth $517 million in 1945 values, which is around $8.5 billion today 

 



The Allies discovered the gold after receiving intelligence reports about it. The American army dynamited the entrance to the mine, which was located in an area designated for the Soviets. The army quickly removed the contents before the Soviets arrived. 

 



The Allies divided much of the gold among France, Britain, and America. Some of the loot was also auctioned off to the public, and the proceeds were given to organizations that helped Jewish refugees. 

 





The total value of gold and other assets looted by the Nazis is uncertain, and many believe that not all of the caches have been discovered.

The Nazi gold trains with the other antiques were taken to the States and buried. Rommel's and Yamashita's as well. The USS Massachusetts Veterans were in Egypt at the beginning of the War and grabbed Rommel's. Then The USS Massachusetts and USS Detroit took Yamashita's gold from the Philippines. There is also rummer that the Roma (not sunk) is buried somewhere in the New England States. What they did with these gold bars was bury them in smaller caches across the states and veterans would oversee the caches and check on them. Some caches were buried in backyards of housing developments. I myself witnessed murders by corrupt FBI/KGB agents of veterans who were forced to show them the cache sites. I grew up in Raynham, MA. There were many of these caches there. I moved most of these caches of gold bars to my own spots... If you want to see the Golden Budda with Yamashita's diamonds, it is located at the Cathay Pearl restaurant in Swansea, MA.(the story of that Pilipino man claiming he found it is false, that's why he got murdered). There also are quite a few Nazi Amerika Bombers buried in crates as well as ME 262's. The Nazi's did bomb New York city. Then they landed in New England. Hitler's (Lee Siemen is his real name) Globe is located at 2222 Centre St. West Roxbury, MA. It's a German elderly housing home and that's where he finished his life. Of course, there's so much more... but digest all this first. Then I'll tell you about the German U-Boat bases that are still hidden in New England. Hitlers Bell UFO as well... Semper Fidelis

I never thought much of GW as a historian/ presenter. He flat out rejected ANY idea/ possibility of Hitler escaping Berlin, and just accepted the official version that everyone has been provided, though there are an awful lot of high ranking NAZIS still missing to this day. There is proof that some made it to Argentina! And thats the ones we know of. Now this P.O.Shite, that takes forever just to get to the reason for the video, and accomplishes NOTHING.

Start talking about those who suffered the greatest loss and cost of this war, about the largest group of dead, and not only focus on one nation, exaggerating losses that cannot even be confirmed because there is no documentation.
