Whenever I do squats, I feel it only in my calves, but never in thighs or glutes. It is so frustrating…. I thought I’m doing it incorrectly and tried every single pose there is… Please help.

ОтветитьJust finished this- as I am in the second week of the September Challenge- and it is crazy to see how much stronger I have already become! When I did this last week I struggled so much and took a lot of breaks. This time I was able to get through this without any!! Made me so happy to see how effective your workouts are. I used to think doing high-intensity workouts was the only way to see quick results, but you have proven me wrong. Everything about your workouts is amazing!! They push me but they are also meditative/peaceful at the same time. Thank you!!!
