Good video. More long form stuff man. Also show us your recovery training. It could really help the casuals and beginners a lot to see someone who knows how to stay safe in extreme scenarios revisit the fundamentals break things down and explain how to buid their technique. I personally have benefited from watching storror. Picked up pointers that saved my ankles when i had to bail over rocks on trail runs. They build up the elements of a run showing practice and bails then link it together with flow... most of us would get broken bones on their practice fails because our technique sucks and we learned too late in life... but your recovery workouts could help us learn how to correctly and safely practice the fundamentals. Not sexy but it could be an incredibly valuable resource. Just getting the intuition... you need this skill to hit 9 out of ten times before trying this. How to work up from pre's to rails. How to train to gain distance on standing jumps etc. Simple stuff you take for granted until you're injured or came to the sport in your 20s-40s... bottom line i think you'd make a great coach. Don't know how this kind of content would do in the algorithm but it could become an awesome resource. I never considered a cat pass until Toby & Calum broke it down in a video including hand position thumbs etc. Did it only once, scared the crap out of me but... success!

Do you know Dom I had a very weird December almost as weird a November and as last year ended I felt like a dialed in message sent to me about one of you Parkour guys getting seriously injured or even fatal message from the galaxy. So Christmas turns to new years and the year 2024 arrived. Who knows bro if my inner intuition was based on your flip to water bail that went viral. I never shared ANY info with you or Storror or any channel. You'd have all thought I was losing my marbles. Anyways I'm that stranger that used to watch your channel and now live in my car but finally have enough saved the car life will end soon. Ill be in a home before Halloween.
