when I was a kid my grandmother would make noodles with sour cream and cottage cheese only. Oh so good. Now as adult we make it all the time. We always called it "TASTET" . i am going to try this recipe today.

Put the meat sauce in first so nothing sticks to the pan. Also a thawed and well drained box of chopped spinach mixed in with the cottage cheese and eggs gives some color and sneaks in an extra vegetable!
