I love Raccoons. I have a few that come around and share food with the feral cats I take care of. There’s one cat named Smokey — he was born during the Napa fires — that really gets along with the Raccoons. At any rate most Raccoons at first will run away when they see you but after awhile they just hang out and become pretty friendly.

Yep, I had the same thing with a wild turkey for almost two years.. a male.. we a really cool bond. Then he disappeared, maybe looking for a mate one season, or could of been killed by hunters.

Animals give you a feeling you can't explain. If you haven't experienced it try it. I've spent thousands of hours feeding and hanging with wild animals. Its life changing. He was having fun. Nice house 🏠 they built too.. 💛💛💛💛

Same thing happened to me 4 years ago and now I have 5 or 6 raccoons that come every night, multiple times, it's a lot of work lol. They are fun to watch and interact with tho
