I'm getting a set of forged magnesium wheels made for my 370z that will cost about $11,500. These wheels not only lighten unsprung vehicle mass but also lighten your wallet.
ОтветитьI Have HRE P43SC Wheels on my R35. I'll never sell them. They are incredible. You get what you pay for.
ОтветитьThe HRE logo looks like the swiss flag. Making people beleave that HRE is swiss. But HRE is american.
ОтветитьWhy the Swiss flag on the logo 🇨🇭on the coat of arms/ shield ?
ОтветитьOnly Jay Leno would call HRE a small company lmao.
ОтветитьHRE’s are beautiful I’d get them for any car
ОтветитьI'll never be rich enough to own a set, but still disappointed to see that the center spiders are milled out of a forged disc. I thought the spokes would be die forged to shape.
ОтветитьAfter market wheels are not certified in a America that's cause for concern.
Ответить$20K for a set of wheels... added trade in value $500.00 according to KBB LMAO!
Ответить3k for cast wheels ???? Your business has no future! BBS is the KING!!!!!!!!!
ОтветитьI would love to design a custom set of wheels for my car
ОтветитьHigh quality lower springs and decent aftermarket wheels can make almost every car looks good !
Ответить$3k for a cast wheel... for $3k i can get a set of forged wheels from bbs or volk racing.
ОтветитьHardcore TÜV testing in Germany
ОтветитьHow does a company stay in business with prices ranging from 3,000 to 50,000 for wheels ?
ОтветитьHRE
OOM
LMP
YAI
NR
E
Being an engineer at the company must be incredibly boring. Oh boy! I get to design another wheel! Whoopie!
ОтветитьOut to lunch...
ОтветитьNow these are probably standard on toyota to dodge! Amazing what comes on a stock car now a days it’s like we went through the catalog and picked out the beat parts to put on. And aftermarket now is sometimes not as good as some factory equipment not all but some.
ОтветитьI don't care for getto rims but I do love American made products
ОтветитьI have HRE c22 on my Supra. I want to get the c103 for my Lamborghini.
ОтветитьI bought a 2005 911S with HRE wheels in 2010, they were so bad a** looking 5 spoke, that everybody and I mean everybody commented that it made the car so sexy it was kinda weird. I had a problem with the wheels leaking air pressure, (the owner left the car in the garage in the garage for 3 years allowing the tires to go flat and corroded) it cost $150 per wheel to reseal at the HRE facility. HRE treats you like royalty and gave me all the attention to make me feel comfortable. I sold my 2005 in 2013 cause I was moving to South lake Tahoe (snow infestation), now I'm looking for a new 997 and I wish I had the wheels, look up the price, now I kick myself for selling it. They were $10K wheels! Bummer...
ОтветитьThe wheels you dont want to kerb on that cruel multi-storey carpark😢😢😢
ОтветитьBest wheels in the game. It’ll cost you a lung but their ISNT a better custom
Wheel on the market.
6 years later.... This company has come FAR
ОтветитьUr vids r soooo boring bruh
ОтветитьYour car runs at 200 over mph , you need that special wheels and tires.
ОтветитьVery informative video. Nice wheels!
ОтветитьSilly clown, kids are staving to death and you want $20k for wheels?
ОтветитьCan I get a wheel made out of glass.
ОтветитьThe average Joe's not going to shelling out $12,000-$20,000 for some damn rims! Obviously Mr. Rich (Leno) can easily afford them.
ОтветитьVossen rs5 forged magnesium wheels sell for about 8500 USD for a set. weight is about 15 pounds.
ОтветитьI would enjoy seeing Jay interview Forgeline, also a small company, and also made in America. I prefer their wheels, they are at least equally high end, but for a better price than HRE. Forgeline built an absolutely beautiful set of custom wheels, better than I even hoped, for less than $11,000, a far far distance from $50,000. They are in Ohio, not California, where costs are far less.
ОтветитьWheels are like jewelry for your car. While they are a structural component of the car, they are often way overpriced for the amount of bling you want.
ОтветитьYou can tell Jay thinks this guy is a dweeb
ОтветитьNice, but sooooo expensive. Enkei RFP01 seems about the best bang for the buck even if not the "ultimate" wheel
ОтветитьI will one day be saving about 10 grand a month soon and never on the face of the Earth will I ever spend 10 grand on a single fucken wheel are these people crazy! This is how the dollar value goes down over inflated and how we allow others to become richer than ourselves!
ОтветитьNot Pelti-er.. it is pronounced PeltiÉ... Like Mel Tormé, or BeyoncÉ
ОтветитьI have 6 sets and they're all PRIMO!
ОтветитьYes he can .hes worked for it and had some luck but .put it to great use good on him
ОтветитьI would like to see Jay speak with Forgeline, made in the USA. Forgeline did a custom design wheel for me for less than $11,000 (rather than $50,000 quoted here) and they are absolutely beautiful. But Forgeline is in Ohio rather than California, and therefore does not have to cover for California cost of living, taxes, and rotten government.
ОтветитьI don't trust " the pressed wheel" system - the "Billet Cut" method is much stronger, even casting is much stronger than "Pressing metal"...……...
Ответить'You pay for quality' -> Guys who pay $1k for Yeezy boost because it's high quality.
ОтветитьNice wheels but I think I’ll stick to bbs’s..
ОтветитьI have a Prius 2011 and I am getting these wheels lol
Ответитьjust think, that Mclaren F1 is worth 10 million plus easy
Ответитьkeep a pistol in the glove box,,,, just in-case you curb your new wheel,,,
ОтветитьNice nine minute advert for HRE.
ОтветитьLiberty Walk Beemer at Jay Leno's garage, cool.
ОтветитьIt would be great to see Brad Beardow with Fifteen52 on the show with Jay. He's a great guy from Sarasota where I live.
