I use pour over because I don’t need to wash and clean. Filter and grind go to a basket to air dry to be used as soil fortifier for roses and Carmella.
ОтветитьWonderful comparisons.
I alternate between a French Press and a Flair Pro 2, depending on how much coffee I'm in the mood for. The Flair gets the specialty coffee and the French Press gets cheaper, whole bean Eight O-Clock coffee. I use a hand grinder for both and just brush it clean and change the setting.
I'm debating on trying out a Vietnamese Phin or a Moka Pot as a compact camping option that doesn't require filters.
this video i was looking for thank you
ОтветитьCant figure out his accent, where is he from?
ОтветитьWhat kind of grinder does he use
Ответитьwhere can I get a torch and stand like the one he used in the moka pot section? What is that even called? Thanks, very helpful video
ОтветитьRecently I got really lazy so...
1) Whole Foods' Teabag Coffee
or
2) Cowboy coffee with my Solostove cup (works on induction too)
or
3) Metal infuser on a cup and steep like tea
So easy and yummy hehe
I like the fact that he considers the cleaning step for each coffee maker! 🙏
ОтветитьGreat video. Good to know about the pros and cons of each. But one more thing, at any point in the process you don't want hot water to come in contact with plastic as it could leech chemicals into the water. Even worse when the whole thing is plastic.
ОтветитьI like my mum’s method for cleaning the French press. She fills it with water, stirs it with a dedicated chopstick, and hoys it on the garden. She puts it on the roses when the weather is nice, and throws it from the doorstep if it’s cold.
Ответить👏🏻
ОтветитьMoka pot and french press is the one for me
ОтветитьMy favourite method is cold brew it's so crisp and fresh
ОтветитьI was surprised to not see the percolator and the drip-o-later and the cowboy coffee pots (All American coffee history perhaps?) I’ve tried them all, but Aeropress clearly takes the prize as far as I’m concerned.
ОтветитьFrench press for me. Bodum Columbia all metal no glass french press. the silicone filter/plunger/damper does an amazing job of keeping every small bit in the press. you dont press all the way down. learn the simple techniques. what you get all the coffee bean oils and full bodied flavor. filtered pour overs remove the flavorful oils. it takes 10 minutes to brew properly.
ОтветитьI use square drip bag method its easy to use just need a mug
ОтветитьRight now I am feeling confident with the pour over method. I prefer the Vienna Roast whole bean. My usual go to is French roast because of difficulty of finding Vienna Roast in my area. Thank you for excellant cameo of brewing methods.
ОтветитьI've had turkish coffee without knowing it was processed.. and was upset i kept on getting the ground coffee lol
ОтветитьYou left out the good old stove top perculator, and the good old original cowboy coffee methods😊
Ответитьthanks. i just needed some ideo for a video shoot. Got it here. Thumbs up!
Ответить🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
ОтветитьCupping only. Just water and coffee.
ОтветитьShould've used a Nespresso Vertuo, which actually makes coffee vs. Just the espresso maker. Either way, not the best version tho
ОтветитьThis guy thinks he knows what he's talking about..... Not so much.
ОтветитьBest way to drink coffee is to put coffee and water in a pot, wait until it boils and then remove it from the fire right away after it boils. Don’t wait 10 minutes don’t wait even 5 seconds. If it boils too long it destroys the antioxidants. However I use a moka pot with a 2 hour long burner at the dollar store. I put it out once it’s completely filled. Should take less than minutes if adding boiling water in it already.
ОтветитьYou don't talk about the different flavor of the different methods That's like what everyone wants to know
ОтветитьVery nice
ОтветитьI grew up with the Moka pot and Cuban coffee. 😊 It’s still my favorite way to brew expresso style drinks 🍹
Ответитьyeah ,the coffee bean is important
ОтветитьI alternate between the moka pot and using an old skool pyrex stovetop percolator. Like a moka pot, only made of glass and inside parts much much much more fragile but totally worth the effort as the finished product exceeds what you get either at a coffee shop or made via any of the other methods discussed in the video.
Ответитьcoffee is the best
Ответитьcoffee is the best

ОтветитьAleš, could you please recommend some specialty coffee roasters in the Czech Republic?
ОтветитьOct 01, 2023
🤎☕International Coffee Day☕🤎
All i do is put nescafe in the cup and water. Coffee is ready add sugar if you want
ОтветитьCool video 🙂👍🏻
ОтветитьThank you, I learn alot.
ОтветитьI've used French press for years, but in an attempt to reduce cholesterol, I now use a pour over method, with a paper filter in a collapsible silicon cone (which sits on top of the cup). Not only have I got rid of the oils slick, but it actually tastes soooo much better - I prefer it black to enjoy the Hummingbird Organic Coffee ☕🖤
ОтветитьWell done
ОтветитьI would love to see you review the cold brew method. I brew it in my toddy every week!
ОтветитьTurkish copper ibrik is the best coffee maker !
ОтветитьYou missed filter coffee (south indian tradition)
ОтветитьThank you for sharing. I've learned a lot.
ОтветитьI love the flavour of French Press the best - rich and full-bodied. Yum! 😀
ОтветитьGreat basic espresso machine for the price
ОтветитьSouth Indian filter coffee method
ОтветитьIs it okay to put the Moka Pot in the stove? Just curious
