#BHN Crown Observer for Wellington City Council, Tory Whanau stoked about it

Local Government Minister Simeon Brown has announced his intention to appoint a Crown observer to Wellington City Council. Wellington Mayor Tory Whanau said in response, "it is my view that we accept this and work constructively with whoever is appointed".
