This clip is my go-to dopamine boost whenever I'm having a bad day, a good day or just a day

A few years ago, the dance school I attended used this song for my tap class during our summer recital. You have no idea how much nostalgia this song gives me, reminiscent to when things were happier, and simpler. Props to anyone who reads this.

All that was missing from this movie was a scene where the plucky small town actor with a heart of gold gets passed up for the role because Jeff Goldblum's neice needs a part

This should have been a return to the big cinematic soul-fest feeling of the early colour movies. So many of the ingredients are there. But there's something missing - I can't figure out what it is.

That title screen summed up the core theme of La La Land so well

The first time I saw this in a theater I got into a shouting match with a group of people who came in halfway thru this opening looking for their seats. It was about 5 people with their phone lights on looking at seat numbers.

They’re still stuck on the freeway to this day.
