I think this man is a Godsend. I've been obese all my life. My teens were never lived in confidence, I have never walk into a store and honestly bought me something I liked because nothing that's cute could fit me. I'm now in my 50's and I always pray that God must make me lose weight cos I have tried everything and nothing works for long without starving myself. I just want to experience a life without being fat and feeling confident and beautiful about myself before I die. Im.gonna save this video and try to save towards this program. Im South African 🇿🇦 and our currency is currently not strong to the dollar.

As a 40 yr old man who eats whenever whatever and YET to gain weight from high school.......been 170lbs for 25 years. Im 5'10.
Went on a 7 day cruise...lost weight.
I go to sleep at night around 10-11pm...wake up around 5-6am everyday without an alarm clock.
Tell me my diet is wrong.
