Just had a random thought at 2 am (rn) what if they sang this before being fallen angels ? First imma say it rn imma put some spoilers of the OG game if you haven’t gone to at least lesson 17 to play and then come back ! So, they talk about « not being good boys anymore » and the « future is freedom ». In the opening of NB we see lucifer’s hands taking a white feather and kinda destroying it and a white bird flying away of an open cage so when I put 2 and 2 tog and I got this idea: what if they used to sang this when they started to doubt their father’s actions and decided to plot for the war. They said in the OG that they wanted to do so for a while but Lilith’s punishment was the click that made them go for it. So yeah it was just a thought
