Great video Chris. You are an expert in those Franklin half dollars. It's you knowledge that allows you to make the money. Also a well trained eye from looking at thousands of Franklins. The no FG deal seems like a sure winner. Especially since you have a buyer lined up for them from a past deal. Thanks for sharing your experience with us. There are no shot cuts to being a money making coin dealer. Only hard work!

Chris , I have 3 accented hair kennedy s with looks to be milk spots in his hair. Have you had luck getting those off with conservation? I know you can get the haze off but these look a little tougher.

I’ve learned so much about the most random things by just buying them. I’ve done storage auctions for years now and I come across the coolest most random stuff. To be able to sell them I have to learn about them first. The same goes for coins that I’m less familiar with

I imagine it get easier to make a living doing this once you've got a steady stream of coins going to and coming back from PCGS. Hard lesson: don't spend your whole budget at once, because PCGS takes FOREVER to get your coins back to you! I've had 2 proofs that have been sitting in QA for 3 weeks now, and another 50 or so that have just been stuck in the "grading" phase since November. How long are you finding that it takes to get your submissions back?

It would be interesting to see a before and after conversation side-by-side of some of the coins you showed. Best Regards!

I like your aggressiveness when it comes to buying coins. I have naturally gravitated to doing the same. Ive been buying Frankin half proofs lately graded ones and I love the chase of getting the coin and for the lowest price possible. And then turning them. But you have to get your video about conserving out soon.. Don't worry about Joe Blow wrecking a coin or two just let us know what you do.. Your not liable for people not following instructions..

I was able to submit my resale cert to Ebay and don't have to pay sales tax on business purchases anymore.
