I know this is a year old video, but a MAJOR mistake many make is trying to clean up stuff WITHOUT talking to a lender. It is very possible you don’t have to pay off certain debts to qualify for a house. You may qualify for down payment assistant. You’ll never know if you don’t talk to the ACTUAL people that give you money for a house.

Love your transparency. Continue doing the work to get things in order. That's the hardest process of home buying. Well to me at least.. Then the underwriting process. They will try you, but they're doing their job. Good luck! You'll be in your new home soon.
