Best Buy in the USA has the 65 inch Samsung S95C on Black Friday 2023 sale, $2,399.99, save $700, was $3,099.99. This is a very nice television but I wouldn't purchase it only to play games. I have Verizon Fios Cable with MAX, HBO, Starz, Showtime, MGM+, Netflix, Amazon Prime, Tubi T.V., Pluto T.V., and all the ESPN sports channels. I enjoy movies and watching my favorite television series on this nice 4K OLED Samsung television, not just to play games. However, each to his own.

Do not ever buy a Samsung TV. They are massively unreliable. Samsung build these things to last just outside of warranty. Go search for pixel and backlight issues and you will see an absolute ton of posts about people being shafted by Samsung.

No Dolby Vision......come on it's 2023 and Dolby Vision is VERY important for games and films. Even series use it now.

We all know how beautiful the TV image is but here are some things no one is talking about:
1) Internet Speed - Limited to 10mb over 100mb. So the max download speed you can get on this 2023 device is 100mbs.
2) NO Google Assistant - Confirmed after speaking with Samsung support. It looks like Samsung has split off from Google Ecosystem and will not support Google Voice Assistant on their newer devices
3) Built In Audio - Almost no bass. Sounds rather bad. Definitely needs a soundbar.
4) Low Brightness Ambient Mode - Ambient mode will cause burn-in on OLED TVS so while it's offered it's at a very dim brightness setting with no static images and overall looks meh compared to Samsung QLEDs
5) Storage - My TV was down to 19% availability right off the bat because of so much pre-installed bloatware
6) Uninstallable Bloatware - Samsung won't allow you to uninstall anything they've preinstalled for you. The Remove button is greyed out
7) Laggy Interface - You'd think they'd install a faster processor on their most premium TV but they cheaped out. The TV menu lags and isn't a fluid experience.
8) Settings Menu - When you go to settings it always will start playing Samsung TV + or whatever other TV app you were using. Like why? Also, why put All settings all the way at the end?
9) Mounting - Back of the TV is not flush. Required different size spacers on the top and bottom to get an even mount.
-> I opted for the Samsung TV because I use a Samsung/Phone Laptop but I'm realizing there are very few ecosystem benefits and not having Google Assistant is a huge dealbreaker for me. I'll likely be swapping to the lG OLED.

Why the HELL did Samsung remove freeview terrestrial tv from their TVs!?

You mentioned in your video that this makes it great for hanging on the wall. Even in the picture of your video, it shows it on the wall. So my question is, how do we get it on the wall? I can’t seem to find out anywhere else.

I am looking for a TV for my bright and big living room. Looking for 65 or 75 inch models. I loved how Sony picture looked like in store however worried about peak brightness. I am looking at the 2022 XR A95K. It looks fantastic though expensive. Mainly looking to watch movies and shows. Have a 5.1 system with sound bar for immersive sound. Is the 95K an overkill? Which one would you suggest?

PS: Currently have a 3/4 year old Samsung QE55Q85R - QLED but not satisfied anymore with the quality and brightness.

Meh, I tried this and LG C3. 42" C3 was much better as a desktop monitor in terms of image quality.

This television looks fantastic and the color looks good. I purchased the 55 in Samsung S95B when it was released last year. Now seeing this television, I want to upgrade to a 65 inch S95C. I watch at lot of movies, series, QVC, HSN, Baseball, and streaming. I have Netflix, Amazon Prime, Tubi TV, Pluto, Crackle, Max, MGM+, Showtime, HBO, and Starz. I upgraded my Verizon Fios cable boxes last year to the 4K TV One Cable boxes and the Wifi 6 Router. Many movies on Starz, Max, HBO, and Amazon Prime are in 4K or UHD. Netflix charge more of 4K and many of their movies aren't in 4K.

This TV looks amazing. The Sony A90J is a fantastic option for those of you looking for something 3x cheaper. 120 hz gaming and 4K OLED. Best Buy had a 65 inch for like $1300 recently and I paid 3,500 for mine which was totally worth it. It’s a few years old model that was top class when it released. You could call it a budget TV but that would be a disservice to its super nice specs.

Do any of these Samsung TV's have any headphone jacks??? This is important for me...

Samsung makes great televisions; In hospitals, where they need the monitors to be vivid, detailed and solid technology, in my experience they use Samsung televisions. I used Samsung flip phones for many years and was well pleased with the technology and lack of censorship; I kept the Samsung phones for sentimental reasons. Anyway.

I want it! One connect box ans better build quality and accurate image has sold me. Will be buying this in one month!

I used to buy Samsung products but have had bad experiences overall. Their TVs developed dead pixels, flashlighting, screen artifacts, and one TV stopped turning on and had to be recycled. Tech support was also lacking.

So far I have had zero issues with LG. I will never buy a Samsung TV again.

EDIT: I will say I have had better luck with Samsung SSD drives.

Still no Dolby Vision - until Samsung include this I can't consider for my next TV.

Eventually I will replace my tv and monitor with OLED options. I think they're probably already at a good point for longevity but I'm happy to wait some more as the development war between LG and Samsung is really kicking off lately... The last couple of years have seen some great innovation fixing OLED's weaknesses.

Is the S90C close to it? What's the difference besides the one connect box.

Strange. In my region, why is Samsung s95c 77 inch so much cheaper than Sony 80L 77 inch??? What gives??? What do I choose Lg C3 83 inches, s95c, or 80L? I cannot pick LG G3, since the biggest display in my region is only 65 inches, which is too small for my liking.

Great tv. But the Samsung S95B is the better buy, considering it's $1400 for the 65" and it does exactly the same thing this tv does. The one connect box is a neat device, but doesn't justify the extra $1,000 upcharge.
