When i was a small kid i used to get A LOT of nosebleeds and to be honest i am so thankful for that because now i don’t get panicked at the sight of blood from my nose. One thing my doctor suggested one time and i will never forget is that whenever i get a nosebleed i should lightly blow my nose. It has helped me A LOT as i can now stop a nosebleed (altough they accor very rarely mostly due to dry air) in 1-3 minutes. I really don’t understands why people don’t suggeste that more, i get that it’s counter intuitive but once you remove the clot that formed there it’s pretty much done, in 10 seconds max it stops.

Mine were really bad when I was little I used to live in Colorado where was really dry. The teachers didn't know what to do with me because it wouldn't stop I would have to go to the emergency room a lot. Now when I'm older they still happen sometimes I'm so out of energy because it lasted so long if I take a shower and just put it on cold and put my nose under it and starts to slow down.

Why do u have to go to A&E if it lasts over 15 mins

I used to get nosebleeds all the time, I’d usually just stick a tissue up there to act as a stopper and get on with it. Had the first one in a while now, good to now how to stop it quicker.
