ОтветитьI USED COCONUT SUGAR AND SUGAR-FREE DARK CHOCOLATE
Mine didnt turn out that good.
-it was very bitter without much sweetness at all—> I did use really bitter chocolate
-Kinda dry—> coconut sugar cooks quicker—> i took it out a few minutes late.
So how I am thinking about approaching these issues is adding more coconut sugar or honey (prob honey) and even adding some cream cheese to give it more of a cheesecake texture (we had something similar at a restaurant—-> spiked my motivation to bake it at home😂)

Made this and after my first bite I knew it would be a lifelong favourite. I took it to my parents’ and we had it with sharp summer berries and lightly whipped double cream. Very decadent and so easy to make!

ОтветитьI can't wait to try this recipe...I became a star doing your coconut macaroon recipe...previously I used to make them exactly like you did with 1 major exception I added 2 tablespoons of flour. HOWEVER IF YOU REMOVE THE FLOUR THE MACAROONS BECOME MAGICAL 🤣😂🤣😂🤣 because they disappear when people see them...I'M CONFIDENT THIS CHOCOLATE FLOURLESS CAKE WILL FOLLOW SUIT😁😁😁

I made this for my husband’s birthday and it is decadent. I have a crew of chocolate lovers and added John’s chocolate ganache. Sweet and rich! My boys ate it up; the 8 inch size served 7. The next time I’ll use the cocoa powder on top and maybe some fruit. It will help balance the richness of the cake.

ОтветитьHi John . Looks fantastic. Your cocoa powder is it 50 gr or 125 gr. (50 gr is not 1/2 cup but rather 125gr). Which one is it??
