And then let’s say a privately owned bank decides you’re too much trouble because you called her all the time, they memorize her number and refused to answer your calls anymore.

Example. UWM. Sells your were mortgage the moment you get it and passes it around like a hot potato. If you’re seeking a divorce then we can get another appraisal of the house and if it’s under renovation then they will appraise it for less than it is worth. And then they will send you a lot of angry mail wondering why you’re not agreeing to the appraisal right now. As if you are not stressed out enough about being an employee doctor.
