It sold for almost 1.5 million, If I won the lottery this would be my dream house. I wouldn't want to pay the upkeep for it though, The water bill has to be huge to keep the lake filled! imagine how much evaporation there is from the lake, Im thinking there water bill is about $7,000 a month and all the mosquitos from the stagnant water!
