ОтветитьMy late grandmother had a much simpler and tastier recipe (1 pressure pot dish)...just add bayleaves, cloves, cardamon, black peppercorns and ginger paste in some veg oil...followed by 2-3 sliced onions...fry till caramelised before adding the chicken (1kg), different vegetables, potatoes and salt...finally add 4 cups of boiling water and pressure cook everything for 15min...Done!

ОтветитьWhile I absolutely love your videos, I do think you guys complicate things wayyyyy too much. Ofcourse probably part of the thrill of cooking lies in the labour of love so you feel like you've actually achieved something by measuring everything out and cooking out of a rigid box, but I know a lot of people would probably just love to watch simple, delicious food that nourishes the mind and soul and that are not so complicated. Because it surely doesn't have to be. It's important to deconstruct the notion that delicious food = one that time + effort.

ОтветитьIt looks very French to me. Which part of it is bong I don't understand. Carrots, butter, french beans none of these are prevalent in Bengal. 🤷🏻♀️ But we used to eat something similar but the process of making it is different. This one looks yummy too

As per my knowledge and understanding it is used in food specially to trick the brain neurotransmitters to make it more likeable and eatable which is quite harmful if it's not natural. Msg is naturally found in many vegetables which taste better than others for example tomato. Having said that, i love and follow your channel regularly and love what you guys cook with or without MSG. ❤️
