"We went to many shops but the lads there seemed to be the nicest of all the sale staff we saw, the rest were too pushy and wanted big money up front. I think we only paid a small deposit, they didn't want all your money at first. The shop installed a full marble suite with a gas fire in my dad's, the staff did my dad a good deal - free gas fire saving him £300. Very knowledgeable staff and went through many options with my dad who's 75 and hard of hearing.
