The 90s was absolute peak Americana worldwide. It’s so sad to see how far the US has fallen from what it once was. I’m so thankful to have grown up in the 80s and 90s in America…it truly was an amazing time to be alive and going through your formidable years.

I am greatful my teenager years were in the 90's in North America, it was a great time to be alive. I feel sorry for teenagers today, it is a shitty time to be a teenagers in America and Canada. Berlin wall fell ,89 this '91 first metal band to play from USA. 30,000 soviet armed ak47 soldiers, military helicopters and tanks outside and behind stage in case of riot. They were security. 1 million fans showed up!!!! Had to be fun but,,,,,SCARRY!!!

That video is always so weird to watch as an American who grew up in the 80s. The Soviet solders doing crowd control at the front, the helicopters flying around, the American flags flying and there’s over a million Russians listening to Metallica and collectively losing their minds.
