Great video, but definitely use a map from the napoleonic era next time

Nearly everything would be changed in europe, napoleon made a very big inpact.

Unification of Germany would be delayed, unification of Italy could never happen as Austria would cement its influence over peninsula and German states too.
But ideas of French Revolution would spread around Europe anyway...
Also absence of Napoleonic wars would mean that coalition countries would keep it's outdated tactics and military innovations would happen later, and no Decembrist revolution in Russia.
Also coalition countries would be less inclined to create a holy alliance, so they won't interfere with any possible future revolutions.

Modern borders for Austria and Germany (Prussia) and the Roman Empire for the HRE was quite off putting.
