Amo latinos sosteniendo esa base del restaurante!!
Ответитьthe number of times they say they feel welcome or that they love their job is concerning
ОтветитьTo think I actually had dreams of being a chef when I was in high school 16 years ago. This is so interesting to watch.
ОтветитьThis is amazing
ОтветитьNo surprise they have a star, with all those amazing people working together! An well oiled machine
ОтветитьMexicans/latin people really are American restaurant's backbone. Big props to them <3
ОтветитьWow who would have thought that you can make a souffle in a small oven 🙄
ОтветитьLots of Dominicans working at the restaurant, proud of them! . They should post the wages also, lmao.
Ответитьevery race in unity in the kitchen # love this
ОтветитьEveryone is so increadibly young.
Ответитьthey must save a lot of money hiring all of those latin immigrants lmao
ОтветитьLowkey horrifying how many people working and living in America, can’t even speak basic enough English to say what their job is…
ОтветитьI love that all these people seemed so satisfied with their roles and they didn’t look down on anyone
ОтветитьAs someone who is a part owner of a restaurant the most important thing that was said was the owner admitting it’s too many people. In this day and age it ends up being unsustainable. A lot of redundancy here, doesn’t matter how much a fine dining establishment it is.
ОтветитьThere are not many restaurants like this one. Clean, friendly, structured. 99% of restaurants are a disastrous, under-staffed, mess.
ОтветитьThe guy who runs a michelin star hotdog cart watching this video:
Ответитьwait crazy because I just wanted to learn about the different roles but Crown Shy is on my restaurant bucket list for like 2 years now! Can't wait to go
ОтветитьWow that intro sucked
ОтветитьI just love the editing style. It is very beautiful and engaging. Everyone had time to say something about what they do and they all seem to enjoy their job. Wonderful job guys.
Ответитьmi gente latino🫶🏼
Ответитьthe type of contents i want to watch everyday
Ответитьahaha Jamal looks like Ted Cruz
ОтветитьOne of my favorite places to eat at
ОтветитьI absolutely love how incredibly diverse the kitchen staff is. This is really interesting.
ОтветитьI just want to know how much are those plates to be able to pay all those people and make a profit
ОтветитьLove the camaraderie and just the love You all have for what You do! Props!
ОтветитьEveryone in the kitchen is important, and deserves respect
ОтветитьShouldn’t Sous Chef be under management if he supervises the kitchen?
ОтветитьWhat I love about this is that while this restaurant is a well oiled machine with many cogs, they all have an understanding and passion for both the bigger picture they’re a part of and the part they play in it. Often times in jobs in the service industry it’s easy to feel dehumanised but all these people have a sense of pride and purpose and I hope they’re paid well to boot!
ОтветитьAnd thats why your Rib eye costs 120 USD
ОтветитьI love how everyone has their own Unique style and look how they wanna look, i always expect posh restaurants to have staff that look smart and well dressed and you do get that but to see a lot people with tattoos that are very visible and piercing is a nice change.
ОтветитьNot one hairnet. Wonderful. I would never eat here.
ОтветитьFrench training for and such for an award to be recognized by westerns no thanks
Ответитьnowonder amricunt said foreigners are taking their jobs
ОтветитьRespects to the single dishwasher✊️
ОтветитьNot a hair or beard-net in sight... Yummy :(
ОтветитьWhat's the difference between a server and a kitchen server?
ОтветитьPayroll is painful
ОтветитьLots of dominicans and latinos! Love it
ОтветитьRestaurant business is crazy hours.
Ответитьholy, all the mexicans are in the basement without any natural light
thats what i call a two class society
Mis latinos siempre con la frente en alto y con una ética impecable.
Ответитьwhat about hosts and server assistants 😞
ОтветитьLove!!!!
Ответитьthey're not shouting??
ОтветитьAmazing how the crew's so diverse
ОтветитьEveryone's eyes are so lifeless. I always feel that hospitality exposes capitalism for what it really is.
ОтветитьWhy is Tyler the head sommelier only working 1hr a day? 😂 is he pissed by midday off all the wine?
Ответить
