ОтветитьI've done this entire series from the 100-300 level and literally all of them make me sweat! All are challenging depending on the pacing you choose to go at and the weight you use.

I've done quite a few of these BeFit workouts and this one so far is my favorite. Beyond the physical workout, this instructor encourages us to remember WHY we're doing it, in a way that really spoke to me. And, to quote another reviewer, she is not annoying! I feel happier and more motivated than I've felt in a while.

ОтветитьHaven't worked out in a month and I have gained almost 10 lbs 😳 idk how I managed that tbh. But I need to get back to it and lose those 10lbs and a lot more. I think I am going to start with some beginner workouts this time. Maybe this will be one.
ОтветитьGreat workout just wish the instructor would have mentioned weighs before the workout so I could be prepared. Either than that, I'm gonna keep coming back to this routine until I can master it and move up to a more advance HIIT workout.
ОтветитьThe twisting motions in tandem with the lunges would be too difficult for beginners. Any video that says it's for beginners should only have 'straight on' dumbbell lifts. Beginners don't have the core strength to protect their back in a twist. As well, beginners struggle with form in lunges, so to combine them with any arm movement is risky. This is an intermediate-advanced workout. I loved it! (I'm a fitness trainer who is always looking for new combos for my own classes.)

ОтветитьOMG I just finished this! I am SWEATING! But I did it all! Paused the video for two times just to drink water otherwise kept going! I used 5lbs weights and next time I do it I will do more reps and maybe heavier weights. I am on a journey to burn fat. I will do this for 3 weeks then go the intermediate one then advanced. In 11 weeks I will be shredded with huge fat loss!

ОтветитьYou are very good as instructor, but this is not for beginners. People need a little break and that jumping is not healthy for people in overweight, who are usually beginners.
