Not sure if it's in the comments (there are over 14,000 comments) but the B-52 that was hit by friendly fire later in the war didn't crash it recovered safely in Saudi Arabia. The B-52 that crashed had mechanical problems and went down off Diego Garcia in the India Ocean. If I recall it was the 3rd night of the war.

The US opened the war with stealth aircrafts bombing key facilities while Russia opened it with nearly half their missile missed their target. If Russia didn't have nukes they'd get clapped at the first sign of aggression.

America pulled it off with a small regional power, but trying to pull off something similar with Russia is simply a Different Ball Game. The reason why USA shivers at the thought of direct hostilities with the Big Bear, and use proxies such as loser nations as Ukraine. Yet, Russia is whipping the combined support of NATO, USA and European countries.
USA is only good at bullying and over powering small nations with out equal capacity.
USA must try Russia or better still why not play with China....sadly America will get whipped and have to limp back home to lick their wounds, just as in Vietnam.
