Etsy Niche Research step by step with Sale Samurai (How to find Etsy trends)

BEWARE SALE SAMURAI! I signed up for their "free trial" and decided it wasn't for me. Yet they charged my account anyway. (They require payment information to get the free trial.) They refused to issue a refund so I had to contest a charge on my Visa and they fought it! This has been going on for 2 years. So far they have taken me for $160. I keep escalating the dispute and they keep fighting it even though I only tried their service once to see what it was all about. I have never had such a bad experience with a company. DO NOT GIVE THEM PAYMENT INFO!! You will have no way of proving that you didn't authorize the charge after the free trial is over.

I have been using Sale Samurai and really like it, but I also wanted to try Erank and Marmalead, thinking I would get similar info across the board. I was shocked that there were such different results from using the exact same keywords on all three sites. Can you provide insight as to why that might be and why you trust sale samurai to provide the most accurate information? Thank you.

Hey Kate, maybe a dumb question, but do you know how Etsy Search Volume is calculated? I see different numbers when searching with sale samurai or searching with everbee. Is it an average number for last month, year...? Thanks.
