ОтветитьHi Joe , Great workout video as always from you, I end up pulling my hamstring often any tips on how to avoid that by using good warm-up techniques before running on treadmill & serious amount of squats say about 30 squats as I'm on my day 3 of workout, used to do these regularly long ago so my body copes better than rookies on workouts
