"Not in the habit of educating too many people, free of charge"
How conceited can you get?
You are an arrogant snob junior!
I absolutely love the content. Curious use of funeral home music though.
ОтветитьEnzo had no involvement in the making of this carr. He sold the car company completely to FIAT many years before.
ОтветитьTwo years later Ibet you don't have so much spare time since Covid ended
ОтветитьJust read all the comments. Moaning about his shoes, his accent, his description of a spanner. Someone has just produced a beautiful and informative video at his own expense and we’ve all watched it for nothing (and let’s face it, 99% of the viewers will never be customers). Just be grateful. Say thank you and move on. Or produce your own F40 video, leave a link and we can all critique your efforts….
ОтветитьLike a lot of things, buy the dealer, like yourself, you’ve seen plenty, not one or two. Always buy the dealer first. Keep well.
ОтветитьGreat content Tom, thanks. Keep it coming. Can you do a buying guide on the 288 GTO?
ОтветитьAwesome vid Tom,, cheques in the post 😄
ОтветитьTom, I follow you and enjoy your content. Your knowledge and passion is truly outstanding, the documentation you insist on is absolutely what I would do with a car like the F40. But, Jesus Christ man please put the sane level of passion into not leaning and placing folders all over the cars spoiler. If I were in the market for an F40 I’d def not buy this one purely because of how your treating that spoiler. That said top bloke points for the upload
ОтветитьFrom my knowledge Not all F40s interior had been the same, I mean there had been several seats and I think minimal 2 different versions of interior ...
ОтветитьThe most iconic, beautiful car ever made in my opinion.. I’d have a f4o over a Gto if money wasn’t an issue……
ОтветитьWhat if my Ferrari has a Pontiac Fiero engine in it?
ОтветитьEuropean F40 winding window, non cat, adj suspension, std exhaust.
ОтветитьConsidering the fact you're there drooling over Italian cars, you should be more respectful of Italy and Italians!!! Before competence comes good education!
ОтветитьMan lube ur shoes
ОтветитьTom: leather soles on your shoes next time please.
ОтветитьGlad i heard what he said at the end. I was gonna buy like a decent one. But I'll pay the extra for a pristine example.
ОтветитьAny example of an F40 has incredible value - what’s he’s really saying - don’t buy an F40 if you don’t pay me.
ОтветитьI absolutely enjoyed this very well done video on one of if not the best Ferraris ever made! I noticed a little jab at the American spec cars there but it is the truth due to our government’s ability to ruin so many things ( yea I’m a yank) so we have to put up with it(for the most part)! The only thing that I like about the American spec cars over the euro spec are the fuel tanks. The euro cars have cleaner, sharper body lines! Really loved learning a bit more about the changes the car underwent during it’s production run and all the details to look for. Thank you for imparting this knowledge on us viewers.
ОтветитьVery well done Sir. I am impressed & grateful, by and for your presentation. Devotamente🇮🇹 . gF

I can see why you split off on your own. Nothing against Carl. His passion for the sale is impressive. But your passion for the cars is next level.
ОтветитьGreat informative video, I now know haw to check that the ONE wheel nut I can afford is from an all original car.....provenance is everything even for my wheel nut, which I'm saving up for!
ОтветитьWas every F40 painted red by the factory?
ОтветитьI’m guessing that he would pass on the F40 that Gas Monkey rebuilt, modified and painted black.
ОтветитьSeriously I could look at the car all day long. This together with the Carrera GT and McLaren F1 are my ultimate cars to have.
ОтветитьJust subscribed. The saying "You get what you pay for", couldn't be more true if you're dealing with this man. Knowledge can be learnt, but this level of experience, level of detail, and pure passion is very rare. When you're looking to buy one of these incredible cars, the experience has to match if not surpass your expectations. Tom is obviously a man that delivers. Not a big social media guy, but just had to comment on this.
ОтветитьAre you the 'Ferrari John Temerain' or is he the 'Lambo Tom Hartley'?
ОтветитьWow Nick Mason has an F40 and another Pink Floyd member has one as well.
This video was perfect, thank you Tom.
Get rid of the goaty
ОтветитьNever was one video made for so few potential owners! 😆
ОтветитьThe car which I desperately want to race, while at the same time also the car that I definitely do not want to race.
ОтветитьHopefully one day I’ll be using this when I’m buying my own 🙃
ОтветитьOutstanding! Thank you for sharing your passion.
Ответитьobservation: Very disappointing video.
The guy is clearly patting himself on the back and putting others down. He wants sales.
I doubt he turns many down despite his saying otherwise.
I'm considering it 😄
ОтветитьThanks for sharing your knowledge Tom. It was painful to watch you give up [for free!] something you'd taken years to acquire. Knowledge is power!
ОтветитьWhoTF just uses the paint on an F40 as a desk???
ОтветитьThis is, without any doubt, the best video on a Ferrari F40 in the entire world wide web! Congratulations from Switzerland 🇨🇭
Ответитьthis video kind of forgets that these cars were designed for the roads, to be enjoyed and to create experiences. with that come damages, accidents, repairs and battle scars. I imagine the great Enzo disapproving of this obsession with keeping these works of art wrapped in celofane plastic!
ОтветитьThis guy literally embarrasses the Ferrari main dealers in terms of his reputation selling these kind of Ferrari’s, and I hear this feedback from the main dealers themselves! literally the best in the business...keep it going Tom..
ОтветитьBrilliant Tom, cheque is in the post. 😂
ОтветитьSqueaky shoes mate.
ОтветитьOne day I hope to own a F40, it's the best Ferrari ever build
Ответитьdamn 3 F40s under 1 roof? that's ultimate flex.
ОтветитьSo about the weave. I would assume body was molded on male plugs?
ОтветитьHi tom don't know if you read these, but other people could benefit.. You've done a fantastic job of course. As a speech therapist try not to say um..as much just pause. Then carry on.
Ответить1. Should a pristine F40 never be driven again?
2. Should a slightly less than pristine car be restored and detailed? (Won't experts see right through that?)
3. If a slightly less than pristine car is to be driven, is changing the body colour a really bad move in terms of value?
Can’t be that fussy, leaning on the spoiler like that and using it like a table
