8 months ago I could barely walk due to a bodged arthroscopy surgery. I started doing sledge push and pulls daily. I never thought I'd be able to walk properly ever again. 8 months on my legs are stronger than ever. Saw my mate in the gym today, he couldn't believe the progress I've made.
ОтветитьI have lower back issues (Degenerative disc) is sled a good idea?
ОтветитьI do 551 pound on sled push thats barely moving its the hardest thing i do...
Ответитьis it just me, or is it kind of illogical that a concentric only far from full ROM movement can be so good for knee health?
ОтветитьI like pulling the sled.
ОтветитьOwen Wilson WOW
ОтветитьI guarantee you that 80 something year old neighbor knows who you are!
ОтветитьKnees over toes guy rocks my world
ОтветитьSledding and simplifying my workout changed the game for me.
Bodyweight squats, push ups, pull ups, machine rowing and sledding is all I do and need at 40 years of age. Work harder and smarter!
🔥🔥🔥🔥 I'm signing up.
ОтветитьWhat’s his Instagram ? I can’t it
ОтветитьHow heavy should the weighted sled be with regards to body weight, ideally? Not sure what kind of proportions are best, and whether its better for the knees to do heavy/less distance or light/more distance.... have actually managed to hurt my knees doing the weighted sled pull before...
Does anyone know if this exercise helps knee tendonitis in particular, or just problems with the knee joint itself?
Trying to resolve chronic tendonitis in both knees, which 100% stops me from doing the hip physiotherapy exercises which I need to do to keep my legs strong enough to walk on without lots of pain and swelling.... So...this knee tendonitis is basically costing me all my mobility.... 2 years and it's still there...
I love both these guys. I'm 71 and sledding. Thank you Ben.
ОтветитьInteresting. I will try this.
ОтветитьI'll just push my car in neutral. Cheaper than getting a sled.
ОтветитьWhat is the name of his training partner pulling the sled and where can i find that dude?
ОтветитьJoe, you should film a training session with him and have him walk through the exercises with you. Guarantee it will get this knowledge around the world faster than text books.
ОтветитьIf you've had/have a back injury be sure you guys ask your PT/doctor before doing these!!!;)
Ответитьyou know what i mean
ОтветитьI lovvveee the sled!! I’m gonna do it every day now. Thank you!!!
ОтветитьKOTG deserves a statue near by Rocky Balboa who was my first coach. Still remember doing the eggs scene just like him.
ОтветитьNoted📝
ОтветитьThe sled works! I feel a big diffrence in just three weeks.
ОтветитьWhat's a good sled to get?
ОтветитьThere it goes, now jobless, Rudolph 🦌🦵🎅
ОтветитьWhat is Ben's second name??
ОтветитьIs there anyone out there who do it for shoulder?
Please
Ben is so good to listen too
ОтветитьHe’s talking about building tolerance to force and the sled push or pull is concentric only. Concentric contractions are lower on the force curve compared to isometric and then eccentric respectively. If you want to absorb force well do isometrics and eccentrics
ОтветитьCan someone help me with this guys name?
ОтветитьFront squats+sled drags=jacked quads, thighs of thunder
ОтветитьJust tried the sled yesterday after a lifetime of ignoring it. I can already tell it's going to be the best exercise in my bag. I have back and hip injuries so I'm unable to squat. It felt great. Going to try backwards today if I can figure out pulling straps
ОтветитьThis guy really cares about getting people effective training methods
ОтветитьCan I just walk backwards with a weight backpack? Don't have a sled lol.
ОтветитьIs there a recommended protocol according to body weight how much one should be pushing/pulling??
ОтветитьImagine the dudes that built the pyramids…must have been absolutely shredded
ОтветитьKneedless to say,
this KOTG is legit 👌
ever since i watched this I've been doing sleds daily with the fancy Torque M1 Tank he was talking about in the video. I'm absolutely in awe and will follow closely. Trying to get my weak ass knees strong again lol
Ответитьit's a bummer joe didn't mention scientology
ОтветитьNow we know how the Egyptians built the pyramids.

ОтветитьDid my sled workout today. I'll be incorporating it even more now along with all the other knees over toes regiment.
Ответитьi would like to ask Ben a question. I am a moderate athlete, i was always ready for adventures, but once i got an arrow to the knee...
ОтветитьMan I don't have a sled, nor the space to put it.... nor the gym with it... Sad
ОтветитьHow about just running outside.
ОтветитьI’ve been pushing and pulling a sled multiple times a week for 2 months now. Just walking around I can feel an enormous difference in the stability of my knees and legs. I swear if you just stick to this for a while you’ll be blown away with how amazing your legs feel. The best part is how little recovery it takes…you hardly feel sore after so you can do it every day. I prefer trex straps for pulling with my shoulder blades squeezed together for added back muscle benefit. I feel like I’ve found an exercise I’m going to be doing for the rest of my life.
