35mm is my go to Focal length.
ОтветитьDoes this one have IBIS?
ОтветитьI used 35mm (equivalent) on my old apsc dslr, but since moving to a7iii I hardly use 35mm
ОтветитьLOL, Jordan spoke over Chris' complaints! Great review!
ОтветитьI can blow right past 35 with a 24-70
Ответитьwhats the best 16mm lens you said at the start that he uses?
ОтветитьIncredible review! Thank you guys!
ОтветитьHi there! I am using the previous model sigma 1.4 hsm art and my lens does not have the eye detection on video mode. Supports the sigma 1.4 DG DN eye detection on video mode? Hope for your reply.
Cheers,
Alex
This lens has a bad barrel distortion.
ОтветитьLmao. Great intro. I’m laughing because I have the same argument with all my friends that love 50mm. Haha. 50 just seems so bland haha gimme 35 or 85. They all think I’m crazy.
ОтветитьWaste of money to big to heavy ! mirrorless should be smaller but they are getting bigger and bigger. Much bigger than dslr lenses its complete bs. Time to get real and get sensible! Stop wasting your money and use your Zoom instead.
ОтветитьAnyone has this lens himself / herself yet? Interested to know if you can confirm or deny any of the said characteristics...
ОтветитьSound of the Sony FS3 is very good, but is it me or is it slightly out of sync? I believe the FS3 looks better than the S1H Jordan has been using. What lens on the FS3?
Sigma 35mm looks great but wow the focus breathing was very special in a bad way.
Guys, im getting just a bit tired of Chris whinning about 35mm, i seriously want a video of him saying as many bad things of 35mm as possible, i want to know his arguements and opinions and... why? I get he can bring around 3 lenses with himself to do stuff but i need one lens to capture moments of my life, things happening with people around and it just nails it so well... and not have a bunch of gear that gets in the way of living those moments...
ОтветитьYada yada...boring samples..yada yada
ОтветитьSweet sneaky DnD/RPG reference, nerd.
Ответить胡子哥很好地诠释了,白发皱纹,那都不是事儿,比年轻时更帅!只要有胡子~~
ОтветитьHey! I’m a redheaded stepchild!
ОтветитьYou wore an Orvis jacket? $200 for a jacket that should sell for $39.99? Sheesh. Great review, by the way.
Ответитьhope for a nikon z-mount
ОтветитьI thought accidently I play two videos at ones XD
ОтветитьHikaru Nakamura doing photography now?
ОтветитьMr.Chris Niccolls
Your photos are full with great skills
So very helpful and interesting.
Thank you so much.
YES JORDAN! Now he just GETS the 35mm focal length ... cmon Chris get with it tsk tsk ;)
ОтветитьSo DPReview actually stands for digital photography review HUH
how boring i always thought it stands for double penetration review
as in you know one does the photo and the other does the video review
basically one does the clean and one does the dirty job :P what a missed opportunity xD
just in case you are offended
it was just a joke get over it
I will say that all comes down to price. Also I think sigma would benefit more from the hobbyist market with 1.8 lenses and low prices.
Ответитьjunge du kannst garnix xD
ОтветитьAll great, but the Sony FX3 color rendition. Sorry to say but it looks harsh and flat to me.
Ответитьi hate 35mm
ОтветитьLol, I like how you voiced over when he tries to trash the 35mm focal length.
Ответить35mm is great but the sigma 40mm is better :P
ОтветитьMany years ago. Sony had their first Zeiss 35 f1.4. Everyone was saying its big its heavy for a 35. Many years later. Now Sigma release this 35. Its almost as big and heavy. But nobody say a thing.
Of cos. This lens is a better lens than the aged Sony zeiss 35. But just saying weight n size here.
Sorry Chris but eventhough the facts in the video are valid, one hears that you don't like 35mm ... THank you for trying anyway! ;-)
ОтветитьI agree with Chris and Jordan. I don’t like 35 for photography, but it’s my favourite focal length for video.
ОтветитьVery true. 🤣 I'm a 10-20mm though.
Ответитьis it just me or chris sounds a bt different in a few part of the video? 🤔
ОтветитьAlways love the Noct weight scale!
ОтветитьEvery lens test should include star photos that illustrate the astigmatism and coma at the edges of the field of view, especially wide open.
ОтветитьAlways having a good time watching your reviews, thanks guys.
ОтветитьYes, another 35mm and Another Giant Lens from Sigma 🤷♂️
ОтветитьHaha, you looks much younger with less whisker.
Ответить35mm for life! Can't beat a 35 for point-and-shooting around the streets.
ОтветитьJust based on this video, it seems this lens has some distortions. And for L-Mount option, the Leica summicron is also available.
ОтветитьSo did they put a gasket on it? I have almost all of the the ART primes and only sold my 135mm since I prefer the 85mm and never used much... one thing bugged me on these EF versions --- the 35mm 50mm and 20mm I own don't have weather seal gaskets but my 14mm and 85mm do and I think my 135mm did(?)... I never owned the 24mm (20 for me was a better fov)--my cams were super 35 Red Gemini for video and my old 5d4 stills... anyway if I missed that mention my fault -
Ответитьi like the Panasonic s1H video so much better than the fx3
