I saw it opening weekend in Austin (definitely Coen country) to a packed house and we were all howling with laughter. Funniest thing ever. I had no idea it “bombed”.

I never should have bothered watching this movie. A waste of time and money. A lousy, trying hard comedy, non sense

What a life changing movie....

Very funny Coen Bros. movie. This is their funniest. First time I saw this it was way over my head. Saw it again only recently and I was like how could I not see all the funny parts? All the stars looking very young 25 years ago. Serious miscast character: Turturro as a Spanish dude. Lousy, lousy. Did not work. Whatever he's supposed to be. Great social commentary by the Coens. Probably why a lot of people just did not get the humor. Will be getting an UHD copy on Prime soon. That's how good this movie is.

just don’t get it. After watching short scenes of this movie I was impressed. That was until I watched the full movie and was waiting for something special to happen. Nothing special happen. Some scenes were great but when put all together I was left disappointed and scratching my head.

I’ve always scrolled past this movie . Everytime I’ve seen it listed on Netflix or prime or on streaming site. I’m just starting it now five minutes in! We’ll have to see what all the talk is about
