ОтветитьIt's amazing how a beginner like me is able to not only follow your workout but sustain it to with your excercises i sweat I lose weight yet i feel relaxed after completing the routine. I would never go back to those draining HIIT videos after this.

ОтветитьYour videos are amazing. I moved to a rural area and in person classes no longer convenient. These workouts provide the right kind of verbal cues to help me get just as good a burn at home. Pilates is by far the most effective way to a lean muscular body for women.
