Recommendation for those that are trying to pump chest more. Change the hand positions in-between sets for the toe touch push up from wide to mid to close to fists. Modifies it a little! Love these exercises Jordan! Thanks mate!

Polished off the first round and thought that wasn’t too bad and then the descending round flashed up….😳 well that round hurt. Sliding around in a lake of sweat…great workout💪👍… 57 …better to burn out than fade away👊
