Why is Marvel's CGI is such a JOKE?

cgi is not a tech based thing it is primarily a design and art based thing, you can have a zillion polygons and whatever but if you dont make the lighting and art design look right it will automatically fail no matter how much new tech you have, which is why movies from the mid 2005s look better than now and why films like the creator which cost pennies look better than films that cost 300 million do, because they get vfx people that are focused on design and not newest tech and the stupid green screen shit with everything

Because they aren't giving The CGI Departments enough time to work on every project.

I can't believe I am actually defending Disney: In this video the examples for good CGI are all things that are neither human nor real, so the human brain is not trained to see something off with those shots, ergo our human brain does not perceive them as fake. Another good example for this would be Gollum whose depiction in Peter Jackson's movies is now over 2 decades old. On the other hand, the examples for bad CGI are all examples where CGI tries to show an actual human (or one with green skin). Our brains are trained to recognize and perceive humans, thus any minor mistake such as lighting or movements that is slightly off is automatically and most importantly subconsciously perceived as fake and you have just entered the uncanny valley. Of course a good director would know this and accordingly plan the shots and the use of CGI.
This does not mean I am a Disney fan. I despise the company for anything it has done to Pixar, Lucas Film and Marvel and any other thing they butchered in the last decade or so. May those franchises rest in peace

People rushing stuff. Disney, stop trying to rush things. Yes, subscribers love you and all, but we can wait on the content! Too much content at once automatically leads to content fatigue. Also, cut down on the CGI, please! (This is why disney is suffering because they are putting out too much).

If only some of could do something ti fix the MCU. Its not just the gci that is bad most of the stories are bad. Im still a Marvel fan and yes i still watch Marvel movies (while also not watching other movies like Quantumania). The only thing why i like some of the mcu right now is No Way Home, Dr. Strange 2, and Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 but in the Infinity Saga i have alot of favourite films im the MCU especially non mcu films like X-Men, Raimi Spider-Man, the spider verse films. Marvel should really learn from thier mistakes and you know how i would do Avengers: Endgame ? I would have Captain America sacrafice himself and then pass the Captain America mantle to Sam Wilson by giving him a super soldier serum and his shield and im still disappointed that Marvel couldnt make Tom's Spider-Man be more in the comics when they had a chance i mean im not a Tom Holland hater he is one of my favourite but his origins makes it confusing also at the end of No Way Home it feels like they just restarted Peter's origins. I won't watch Marvel Movies until Marvel gets back on thier feet because sometimes it feels like they should stop working with Disney and instead continue thier universe with Universal because to be honest Marvel should have let Universal keep all the characters. Avengers: The Kang Dynasty, Deadpool 3, Beyond the Spider-Verse, and Avengers: Secret Wars were the only MCU films im actually excited of and the shows not much (except for Freshman Year, What Is Season 2, Daredevil: Born Again which is a sequel to the first Daredevil show that was streamed in the MCU). My problem with the MCU is same with my problem of modern Marvel Cartoons like Marvel Spider-Man 2017, Avengers Assemble Season 5, and maybe Ultimate Spider-Man. I'm hoping for the MCU to learn from thier mistakes because if they don't then its over for them and when they fail its on them.

MCU movies since 2016 ( with the exception of 2017 black Panther 1,2, GOTG Vol 3) are worst or sometimes they used to ruin their good movies for propaganda ,agenda purposes or to illogically stretch their series .

If I had to give a reason why there is a general trend I’d say there is more of a focus on making editing/VFX done dead last and as a fixer upper point rather than incorporating it into the production process.

Ngl 99% of people are cherry picking. Sure there are some bad cgi shots but most of the movie looks incredibly good. Don't act like that wasn't an issue back in the days. For example: one of my favorite movies is Tron Legacy, it has some of the most beautiful cgi I've ever seen except clues head wich is really bad. Does that make the movie a complete mess?
