ОтветитьGod, this was so hard I quit after 18 minutes and 35 seconds. As someone who hasn't done sports for a long time, I will do light sports. I need to be patient to reach the weight I want.
ОтветитьNot gonna lie.. I thought this would be easy breezy nacho-cheesy during lunch time workout on a Friday, but it wasn't. I may need a disco nap after work. And the fun rest breaks during round 1 dancing in between sets quickly became trying to catch my breath during mid workout in round 2 til about the end when all I kept doing was looking at was that completion bar, though. Haha. THANK YOU Nobadaddiction for this. :)
