Just MY opinion, looks too processed. And why put all that in a waffle bowl? Justine took one bite and not even a bite of the bowl!? Just dump all that in a paper bowl and give everyone a spoon.

That looks like way too much sugar and chemicals in one dish.

However, it looks so delicious, I would want some. I have a waffle bowl maker, so I would make those ahead of time. Cheesecake filling is easy to make. And of course the strawberry syrup is much tastier when homemade. I make strawberry compote frequently. Then that cookie crumble can be made with so many tasty cookies.

Me making this is definitely a full movie in my head, including some homemade whipped cream on top.

Chocolate and strawberries go great together. I would sub out the strawberry syrup for chocolate. That would be delicious or your way is great for big strawberry lovers.
