Hi Dr. O'Donovan, Thanks for this video. After my prostate was removed due to cancer in 2021, I got EDF. Before that, when I felt sexually aroused an erection, and precum, were natural. Interestingly enough, now, when I feel sexually aroused and there is physical stimulation on my penis head, I can have an orgasm, but it takes a very long time, 2-3 hrs. and it gets tiring. The surgeon who removed my prostate recommended that I take a low dose of Sildenafil right away. I was surprised. I didn't feel like having sex yet just after surgery. He said it was for the healing process and would bring blood to the area. I stopped taking it on my own about 6 months ago. I don't know. What should I do? Is there something you can suggest?
