Beypore- Charitra Padhangaliloode- Murali Beypore

Our school started in 1840 as a primary school with very basic infrastructure. In 1850 Malabar District constructed three buildings for the school. As per Kozhikode Archeological Records school got approval from Malabar District Board on 1926 November 19. School celebrated its centenary in 1940. After independence school become a high school. Many well wishers like K.P.Kuttikrishnan, who was former education minister in Madras State, Govindan Master, Krishnan Vaider, Madava Menon were bihind this achievement. The playground was made by money collected people around Beypore. 6th forum , 10th started in 1952-54 academic year and 31 studends attended final exams that year. The school become Beypore Govt: High School in 1959. In 1998 upgraded to Beypore Higher Seconday School and started two science batches and one humaninities batch. Now Beypore Higher Seconday School is the leading school in the land of Beypore Sultan.
