A clean form of fuel is nice ... but we never talk about wat the fuel if being used for ... electricity.... industry human population ... progress? ... clean fuel would give humans no reason to hold back on theyre own personal geed and really go to town on earths natural resources ... bottom line clean energy = more industry = more people = earth getting raped = skyrocketing amount of human goods waste we might have gone around global warming well get to enjoy our planet awhile longer well just live on a rock covered in shit

Didn't they have a third bomb, which ended up becoming the demon core?

It's worth noting that the US's and USSR's nuclear arsenals combined during the Cold War was enough to destroy the entire planet something like 400 times over, and every last one of those warheads would've absolutely been let off the chain if even one went up, soooooooo... doesn't seem to be too much of a stretch to say that it would've been the end of the world

Arguably, the industrial revolution did start with wind power. The Dutch reclaimed about a third of their lands from the sea by using windmills to pump water from the polders. Then they adapted windwills to saw planks which allowed the Dutch to create a bigger navy than the British.

Your monologue about non-polutant energy manufacturing. Wind and Hydro were absolutely achievable back then. Great what-if scenario.

You're incorrect about the Nuclear bomb. We most certainly had more than just the 2. There was a third bomb already assembled with the core in route to the Mariana Islands. Department of war records says it was going to Kokura. The date of drop was August 19th 1945 which would have been 10 days after the second bomb. There were also about a dozen more bombs that were being assembled for weekly drops on Japanese infrastructure. The intelligence reports say the exact opposite of your statement in that Atomic Bombs themselves would win the war with drops on key locations and would avoid the need to invade at all.

Ford was raised poor. I think ford used the steam engine design for the combustion engine(could be wrong) but I’m sure if Ford got involved with a scientist, and the neutron wasn’t “discovered” until after WW2 a while after the first combustion engine. I’ve always wondered this myself lol

i think if you'd show the people in the 1800's about nuclear plowerplants etc. you'd have to get them to understand it without the imbetween steps we made which might be hard and there'd be a lot more of nuclear waste that we cant really get rid of se we would have a different problem.

Guess can't blame him for explaining basic stuff since there are so many Americans. Also for the Americans, the timeline at the start is wrong, by 500,000,000 years there were already billions of galaxies as complex and more so than the milky way. As has been recently discovered and continues to be more discovered. Of course what old mate here says is also wrong as the heavy elements were there by year 300 million since there were complex galaxies.
