actually street decks start at 13.5"wb for minis and 13.75" wb early 90s street decks.
ОтветитьOur of topic question...I wanna buy my first surfskate.
Between Miller end D street what you suggest?
Thx
Wrong !!!!!
ОтветитьThe owner of my local skateboard shop told me shorter wheelbases means you'll be pushing and pushing and pushing vs longer wheelbases where you need to push less frequently to enjoy cruising. Any truth to shorter wheelbases taking more pushing to make the skateboard roll? Didn't seem to make sense and I can't find any info on this point. Thanks in advance.
ОтветитьWeird. My dancing board feels harder to control than my skateboard- is that part of the whole stability thing?
ОтветитьVery good explanation.. honest. no bs! Thank you!
ОтветитьMy man, please review the yamba 900 cruiser from decathlon
ОтветитьDo you sell any of your used boards?
ОтветитьNice vid! Good Info🤙🏻
ОтветитьCan't here the slash grind because the background noise was too loud. Just because you like the noise does not mean everyone watching will like it. Just saying.
ОтветитьHey Mates!
I need your help on finding the right deck as I am total newbie and this material just proved it. I am looking for replacement for my snowboard for summer 🙃
Riding style:
Fakie
Ollie
All kind of terrain but mostly city flat grounds, lot of ppl
Distances - 5-10km
I’d like to downhill few times (nothing extreme😅)
Deck that will be stable, able to carve and manoeuvrable?
Not a longboard, something more portable
I am 5’10, 170lb, 9US
I thought about Landyachtz Tugboat.
Is it a right choice for me?
Thanks!
Wow, this is so rad and informative!
Ответитьlove the vids man!
ОтветитьYesssss Shred Shack is baaaaaack
ОтветитьYou should do a video on speed wobble and how it affects different setups.
ОтветитьCan you try the nkx surfskate?
ОтветитьI think an opportunity was missed here maybe linking the riding styles best suited for what wheel base. It ended with no conclusion really. I felt like I was left with well . . Here’s a video showing you a lot of wheel bases. . .go figure it out for yourself. . . Buh bye.
ОтветитьShred Shack is baaaaack!
Ответить🔥🔥
ОтветитьThis is how I've found that the wheelbase works for defining surfskate surfstyle emulation.
15"-21" WB for high performance short board experience
21"-26"WB midlength/funboard experience
27" plus WB longboard/log experience
Super excited to see you back and running again! I've been a fan for probably just over a year or so and you have helped me learn so much about longboarding. Thanks for all you do.
P.S. I'm also really happy you took the break as everyone needs to step back sometimes. :))
👏🏼👏🏼
I love caliber trucks but they do reduce wheelbase a bit more than most other popular trucks.
⚡
On shortboards/minis you can somewhat mitigate a shorter wheelbase by usin lower degree angle baseplates
Welcome back! Good stuff 🤙
ОтветитьThe legend returns
ОтветитьSerious question... Do you have something in your mouth?
ОтветитьNice vid, Still waiting for your Loaded Tan Tien review tho 😅
ОтветитьSo glad yall are back!!!
ОтветитьIt has been soo long since a new video has been posted. This did not disappoint. Worth the wait imo :)
ОтветитьThanks so much for having such plain and direct explanations…makes everything simple! Keep shredding!
ОтветитьReally well done explanation of the many board setups!
ОтветитьDope! 😎 I can really tell the difference going from my Dindhy to my Tugboat.
ОтветитьI would've liked you to go into detail about why you would use a longer or shorter wheel base on a particular setup, and how you could change it. You covered the broad reason (shorter=less stable) But you're right, there are so many variables and different reasons for all of it. It would be difficult to cover it all. Definitely glad you're back!
ОтветитьSuper helpful video, it’s amazing how much better the production has gotten too! I’m super stoked you’re back!
ОтветитьLove the pointers you made here man but that part where you were saying bicyclists should all be skinned from the waist down was a little extra
ОтветитьSo stoked to see you guys back on! The quality of your vids is always top notch.
ОтветитьHey, its been awhile!
Greetings from Kyiv,
new shred shack 🤩🤩
ОтветитьI’ve missed you posting. Glad to see you back from the break and I see some new boards back their 👀 definitely wanna know your opinion on the updated surf skate from landyachtz. I’ve got the flippy but due to the weather haven’t been able to really shred it. Feels super comfy tho
ОтветитьLove your stuff dude, i'd love if you could look at some eskate conversions since you're kind of dipping your toe into the water of electronic boards. Thanks!
ОтветитьYoww have a nice weekend everybody!
