ОтветитьI’ve been exercising with you Jessica during the whole pregnancy, but the postpartum period was very challenging for me to go back to my previous routine. Today I’m starting with the February challenge, and in the end of this video, when I was repeating after you, I cried because of the mixed feelings. I am 5 months post partum ( I actively did yoga and Pilates throughout pregnancy) and I haven’t worked out since my delivery. ( It was a c sec) Can I start with this? And how do it know if I have diastatis recti?
