HELP!
I'm looking for some point and click adventure game I cannot find anywhere. Possibly mid 90s+ era.
I know there are werewolves in it and you have to use silver bullet some time in it. I don't know much more, it's pretty atmospheric and scary, not cartoony/humorous or anything like that
I had the original BAT because it looked fascinating, but it was about the most impenetrable shit I ever played as a short attention spanned child. Could never make ANY progress in it.
ОтветитьYou obviously didn't live through 911. Asshole.
ОтветитьDream web 😍 one of the greatest games of my childhood!
Ответитьsanitarium <3333
ОтветитьBeen searching for Dream Web for years. I played it when I was younger and couldn't remember the name. Thank you!!
ОтветитьI loved lost Eden, shadow of the comet was great to, a game I don’t think you mentioned was I think it was called Eatermsn
ОтветитьThanks for this vid, really interesting! I might try out BAT II or Azrael's Tear at the very least.
Ответитьwow the "never talk to strangers" girl looks like shelly duval from the shinning, hahaa
Ответитьwhat year is 9 from? deniro the fuq?
Ответитьdream web is very much looking like snes shadowrun
ОтветитьAlien incident by housemarque??? This the same housemarque who recently brought us returnal for ps5?
ОтветитьErrrm.. I have Alien Incident original...My pops bought it a bit accidentally...f*** me how many years ago. If you want an insight, just let me know, it is surprisingly good.
ОтветитьKEITH THE THIEF ...if u not seen it
ОтветитьWhat about, i have no mouth but i must scream
ОтветитьAlbion is actually more of an RPG but also very interesting (though buggy, ehh BlueByte...)
ОтветитьThere was also one in the Noir style about some detective... remember it on one of the magazines covers back in the day, like early-mid 90s some...
Looked it up: Under a Killing Moon
It wouldn't do any harm to go to church once in a while!
Ответитьthe obscure pc rpg point and click game i was looking for was not here... (sigh) Oh well ... here's too another decade of looking.
and no i don't remember the name.. of course.
I saw an early version of A Vampyre Story with the 2-D art in place of 3-D, and it was quite something to behold. The game had much more character, expressiveness, and pull. The animation quality matched that of the background art -- sheer cartoonish perfection, if you ask me. I never appreciated the mixed 3-D. That is, the games that use it lose most of their appeal. They are like poorly rendered and lit puppets, compared to expressive 2-D cell art.
ОтветитьI loved Ace Ventura as a kid, beat it a few times. I wish I could get it on GOG or Steam (patched to work on modern systems).
Ответить90sG A little help if you can.
I remember when I was child and I played this game from my brother's minuscule collection.
All I can remember is the game's box art is that it shows many old TVs with color bar displays and there's this huge machine infront that looks like a jury-rigged structure with the same color bars; albeit alien.
This Point and click Adventure also has a competition at the time to win money when the game is completed.
Can someone help me with two old adventure games I remember.
In the first you are a school kid and yo are turned into a pig.
In the second game you play as purple alien and if I remember correctly you disguise yourself with a pumpkin in the beginning.
Thanks a lot :-*
Wish i knew of your channel before.
ОтветитьIt wouldn't do any harm to go to church once in a while.
ОтветитьThe Mask only had a child-friendly tv show. The actual comics that came first were extremely graphic and ****ed up.
ОтветитьGreat video, man! I love Alien Incident!
ОтветитьIn Azrael's Tear, there's a keyboard shortcut for uninverting the mouse that's listed on the quick start card, but not in the manual. It's either F9 or F10, IIRC.
ОтветитьUnderrated channel, great job, I love this kind of stuff and would appreciate if you would share other obscure adventure game gems with us
ОтветитьMan, I'm looking for a game but my memory of it isn't that clear... From what I remember, it was 1st-person perspective (like Myst), the player character was some kind of half-cyborg (I'm not sure but his uniform was purple??) and time travel was involved (it's not Time Commando, that was another game, quite overlooked by the way)
Ответитьrex nebular is super dope, if you dont recommend it i think you dont know what youre talking about
ОтветитьCheck out Amazon: Guardians of Eden, a favorite of mine. It was inspired by "b" adventure movies and has a great atmosphere, lots of interactivity and some very nice details. Not a masterpiece but definetly worth checking out.
ОтветитьWow, the very first developer you mention is one of my modern favorites, Housemarque. Super Stardust HD, Resogun, and Nex Machina are all fantastic.
Ответитьahh dreamweb.
ОтветитьDoes anyone know the game where you go deep underground and help metal creatures in the center of the earth? Its an old pc click games. can anyone help
Ответитьbecause we germans love adventures games :) the deponia series is a big hit here for example
Ответитьi think John Romero wanted to accomplish (what Azrael Tears did) at the time of quake´s development (obviously i don´t think he was aware of the AT game), but id software wanted another doom clone to milk that sweet money, i think that´s why he left the company
Ответитьomg i Love this channel :D It fits my tastes:PPPP please publish more :D
ОтветитьA pretty neat list. I was happy to see Dreamweb and 9: The Last Resort featured, and I'm interested in checking out Azrael's Tear.
A game I'd recommend checking out if you have the chance is Creature Crunch, a 1996 cartoony adventure game about a boy turned into a half-monster, who uses different transformations to solve puzzles/deal with enemies. It also features voice acting from Martin Short and Eugene Levy.
I could be wrong, but the voice of the Pink Panther was probably Matt Frewer of Max Headroom fame. There was an updated PP cartoon in the 90's or so where Matt voiced the character. He did it well enough that it really worked. Anyone else (besides maybe Bill Murray) would have failed completely at it.
Ответитьtry to work on your presentation, content is good, but presentation is dull and without passion :) otherwise keep up good work
ОтветитьDigital devil saga??
ОтветитьVery nice and informative video! Good job.
