ОтветитьPerfect for rest days when you just want to move your body and loosen it up, or even after a hard workout. I did it after epic 3 day 12, felt extremely tired and kind of nauseous, but forced myself to start this one, and I immediately felt better. Very nice to move your body and sweat without having to push yourself to the limit

ОтветитьI love your LISS workouts. Whenever HIIT is on the plan, I switch it out for LISS. I noticed that my body doesn't respond well to HIIT, I tend to get headaches afterwards and I sleep badly and feel really exhausted the next day. Doesn't happen with LISS as long as I watch my heartrate and make sure it doesn't go over 170 for too long.
