Billion dollar insight - after boiling frozen or fresh Chinese dumplings in water, drain 99% of the water. Add olive oil (healthy angle) or garlic olive oil and twirl the slippery dumplings around the pot to coat each surface. Pour into white ceramic thick pasta bowl and serve with favourite chilli oil, chin kiang vinegar or other condiments.

ОтветитьWow, shocking. I just had a flashback, of the time I was a small child, standing next to my mother in the kitchen, making steamed dumplings. She would spend all afternoon making them. But my brothers and I would devour them faster than it took to cook them in the steamer. As an adult, I told her of that memory I had. She had a good long chuckle over it.
She's 94, this year.

Ответитьnever mind the fillings assembling jiao zi is really difficult if you want them to stay together while cooking I gave up and just started getting store pkts again also making wrappers is a lot of work to save $2

I'm no expert nor a vegan, but, those vegan dumplings stopped being vegan when you added the egg to the mix. Chicken eggs are unfertilized chicken embryos.
