ОтветитьSo I’m on day three. I feel like I have whiplash all over my body but I will push through the pain. Mommy need to be in nice shape before summer. I been pregnant 3 years in a row. So my journey has been tough. This is a hard challenge but I love a challenge.

ОтветитьThis really helps build up the muscle around the knees. Helps with my stability and endurance doing all sorts of physical things. I always come back to this year after year 👍🏾👍🏾
ОтветитьI think 10 minute workouts are the hardest. I come in looking for something to finish quickly. I am too lazy for those long workouts and I end up working out more i guess😅😅😅. I am sweating like a pig with the aircon on. So you understand how the work out is 😮😮😮😅😅😅😂😂

ОтветитьMe: "I can do this!" 50 basic squats, not easy but I did it. 30 squat pulses; Oh my this is hard! Break needed. 3 squats with jump later, Fthis! I can't do it. Pause the video. Ok, let's try... 5 more squats with jump. Pause the video and considering if this is for me. It's called a CHALLENGE. 7 More squats with jump done. Pause the video for 4-5 minutes. 30 Pile squats done, barely done, 30 pile squats with pulse, done. I'm dying and can't get up! Pausing the video for another few minutes, maybe 7-8 but I needed hours. 5 narrow squats with jumps and ready to throw away the towel, pausing the video. Remember, IT'S A CHALLENGE... continuing for 5 more. Pausing the video. Ok, 5 more to go... Done. Pausing the video. 30 narrow squats, done! 30 narrow squats with pulse. Oh my God! How can she do this? I am done! No I am not. Pausing the video while I question myself if this is for me, I am over 50 yo! Alright, let's keep going. 10 squats with jump done, pausing, get water, 10 squats with jump done, pausing, more water, 10 squats with jump done! 30 squats with side leg raise, easily done, it is part of my normal routine. 15 180 degree squats done with a lot of effort and cheering on my part. Pause. 30 second squat hold Done. Hopefully in 2 weeks I can only pause the video once or twice.

I don’t know if anyone is still here but I’m doing this workout this month 🦵🏻🦵🏻😍
I started at the 31st of Jan and I finished 3 days already.
Let me talk about them shortly,
So the first day was really hard, I had some breaks in between but I finished it successfully.
The second day I woke up with so much pain and I was in pain the whole day, it was so hard to walk or stand to sit properly, I looked funny 😂 but I did it for the second day, the first 50 squats were the hardest because I’m already in a killing pain, but then I managed to finish it, third day was worse than the second 😭 it was really hard to walk from pain but at the end of the day I did it ❤❤ I’m continuing because I know the pain will improve the following days and it will become easier.
For now I’m so happy and proud that I did it for 3 days and waiting for it to become 30. Wish me luck, I will keep updating!
