Why not install the vinyl sticker on the inside of the window? It seems like on the outside it's going to be super easy for dirt and debris to get trapped inside the tiny holes.

That build is looking pretty neat!

Applying that caulking gave me flashbacks of applying Sikaflex when I was installing my Solar Panel and Roof Hatch... It was near 0°C so the caulking was stiff as heck.
