You mention NAC and say it is super expensive. I am not sure if I got this right but I live in canada and it is very reasonable. Are we talking about the same supplement?

But isn't plant phosphatidylcholine is a form of phytosterol that stiffens red blood cells? As for natural source, can you you recommend one that is animal source?

When I was in JR. HIGH my mother asked a shrink to put me on Ritalin. The first time I took it I woke her up in the middle of the night telling her I needed to go running! I had so much energy in me I thought running would get rid of it. She took me to the hospital and we learned that the prescription dosage was written wrong and way too high of a does! After that I pretended to take the medication but never did. My mother thought it was working. My whole life I have been sensitive to chemicals and medications.

So are leukemia etc caused by bad life style and malnutrition too? I got diagnosed with a condition called aplastic anemia, which makes my bone marrow empty and not produce blood cells enough so basically makes me extremely anemic. I was 10 when I got the diagnosis, and I was 3 when I started developing symptoms looking back. Do yall think my parents divorce or my mom feeding fast food actually caused it? she cooked most days tho

The 4 Fs: female, fat, fertile, 40s.
--> These increase the chance of gallbladder issues. Also consider some (many?) of these women have used low-calorie/low-fat diets, which may have not only limited their nutrient intake, but quite possibly stagnated the gallbladder (if it wasn't flowing, the bile has an easier chance of coagulating and forming stones).

Mike what do you think about supplementing with iodine? Ben lynch has it in his supplements vs Kris Kresser does not, believes to risky for thyroid. Tocopherols vs tocotrienals, Ben uses tocopherols vs Kris uses only tocotrienals, believes tocopherols can lead to disease. 😊👍🏽

It’s like he understands the mechanics of biology and then entirely ignores the psychological and economic aspects of execution. So… good job, gold star. 😂

this should be Med School 101 ...til the system changes we go nowhere...also I'd like to see "smart watches" get smarter and tell you when you are in a danger zone..use body pH or salt levels or some other marker

I currently take thyroid meds levothyroxine and Cytomel at bedtime so that I keep it away from food and caffeine. Can you recommend how I could take ox bile at bedtime with a binding agent without the binder absorbing the meds?

Finally an interview with Dr Lynch that simplified a complex topic...thanks Mike. I've read his book listened to numerous other podcasts Dr Lynch has been a guest but this one was by far the best in terms of providing context and clarity.

I am utterly discouraged by people drawing conclusions and making clinical recommendations based on only physiology that seems to make sense rather than actual science. I would love to see the clinical data showing that restricting fat and physically manipulating the GB does anything to help with GB problems. This is utter nonsense and I am calling shenanigans. Show me the data please or stop talking. You are going to screw people up like this.

When I switched to LCHF I just added 6 eggs to my diet. Sure I was pissing out my ass for a couple days but I was dropping beautiful bombs after that.

MTHFR: let’s not confuse natural food with food fortification. MTHFR only effects methylation of man made fortifications. There are no issues with Whole Foods. Foods eaten within 8hrs matters.
